A heartfelt thank you for your energy, honesty and enthusiasm. Yesterday had a profound affect on me as a parent, a mother and most importantly as a human being. I am thirsty for more knowledge and am LOVING putting these newly acquired skills into action, playing with it and having fun! I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off me thanks to the Hot Seat experience and your encouragement. I cannot thank you enough. As a student of Yoga for over a decade I once asked a senior teacher how I could possibly thank my teacher who has given me so much over the years, her response was quite simple, “just do your practice”. That is exactly what I pledge to do for my children, my family, myself and for the future of our society. You shared with me these strategies and now, along with my children, will continue to teach me every day about myself, our family relationships, our world, and most importantly about these amazing individuals that are our children.

A mere two months ago I was a burnt out, stay-at-home mother, former educator on the brink of collapse. A once confident and healthy woman feeling like a failure at life and mothering. The liveclass could not have happened at a more perfect time in my life or for my family. Upon completion of the class, we decided to purchase the Basic Plus Home program with the forum. The DVDs are refreshing and consistent. Then one day, my impulsive and compassionate, attention child brought me to tears. I had finally CRIED. After I regained composure, I went online and signed up for Boot Camp. The Boot Camp clarified all the knowledge that I had acquired through the class and allowed me the opportunity to work on my Roadmap and come out with a plan. I was able to celebrate our accomplishments as a family immediately and began to recognize how often it is that we use the 4 C’s and other strategies and what strategies we need to practice more. This is going to be a way of life for my family and with practice I will not have to think, it will just BE. I am looking forward to that and being the parent I always thought I would be and want to be.
