• Puberty from Head to Toe

  
  This blog is a collection of true stories, myth-busting adventures, shame-lifting tales and occasional shocking twists. It talks truthfully about the anatomy, the physiology, the mayhem and the emotional roller coaster of the puberty years. The author, Jane Esselstyn, is an RN; a mother of three; and married. For nearly two decades, she has taught sex ed in some capacity or another, from middle schoolers to college students to Outward Bound instructors.
