Program Outline

Once the signed Licensing Agreement and Fee have been received, the Educational Licensing and Facilitator Program can begin.

  • First we meet!

This is a chance for everyone on your team to meet with Vicki and to ask her any questions you may have. You’ll experience first hand, what’s it’s like to work with Vicki and how much support she will offer you and your team along the way. At the end of this call, not only will you have developed a relationship with Vicki, but you’ll have a plan for initiating your new Parent Education Program.

The Parenting On Track™ Program Resource Material
  • Three - Internationally Award Winning Parenting On Track™ Programs:

Each Parenting On Track™ Program includes: 4-DVDs, 4-CDs and a 100 Page Study Guide

The program DVDs make this a push and play program. Click here to view video samples of each of the program’s 12 Chapters.

Because it is not necessary for the “facilitator” to be an expert, with years of training on the content from the Parenting On Track™ Program or Dr. Adler’s, Individual Psychology, your school or organization can begin offering this program in as quickly as 8 weeks and leave the “teaching” up to the program.

  • On-Line Support Forum

We are committed to making this journey with you. The on-line forum provides facilitators with 24 hour – 7 day a week access to Vicki who will answer any and all of your questions as they arise. This means that every facilitator will have the confidence and information they need to respond to a participant’s question by the next meeting. There is no guess work involved and you are never alone. You can also take advantage of other facilitators’ questions, comments and experiences.

Facilitator Training
  • The Facilitators’ Training Guide

This guide will make it easy for your facilitators to lead the Parenting On Track™ Program with confidence. Vicki has included in the Facilitators’ Guide the most essential elements for leading a successful Parent Education Program. She shares her 20 years worth of experience in a concise, easy-to-use way so even inexperienced facilitators will be successful.

  • On-Line Facilitator Training

We’ve made training cost effective, convenient, interactive and efficient by taking advantage of state of the art, on-line technology. The on-line feature and advanced technology make it easy for facilitators to stay connected to Parenting On Track™. We handle everything from our end; including notifying your facilitators of training schedules, special web-events or a specific training they might find beneficial.

Each facilitator will receive one 5-hour facilitator training with Vicki Hoefle, creator of the Parenting On Track™ program. The 5 hour training sessions will be scheduled 6 times throughout the year. Click here to register for 1 of our 6 scheduled training sessions. Your facilitators are invited to attend the first scheduled event as soon as you purchase your ELFTP License.

The transition from one year’s facilitators to the next is easy, seamless and cohesive. In fact, there is little reason for disruption in offering the program from one year to the next.

The most obvious benefit to the on-line training is the savings in time and money. Because facilitators can be trained without travel, the savings is substantial. And because these same facilitators do not need special training in theory, you can pull from your most qualified, on-site facilitation experts.

For an additional fee, Vicki is available to do on-site trainings for your facilitators. Please contact us for more details and to determine the cost for your school or organization.

Other Resources
  • Marketing and Promotional Support

In addition to the program, the on-line forum and the facilitator training we will provide you with marketing templates and promotional support. There’s no need to recreate what’s been working for over 20 years. The flyers are easy to adapt and customize to your organization’s specifications.

  • Certification

Your school or organization will be listed on our site under Licensed Partners, as an authorized location permitted to offer the Parenting On Track™ Program to your community. As soon as you have completed the facilitators’ training, we will send you a certificate to display prominently in your school or organization.
