<description>Inspiration is a transient thing. Most of us look for it, but you can’t guarantee where you are going to find it. That is one reason why I love hearing from you (Yes You!) about all the wonderful, and sometimes messy, things that are going on in your houses with your families. Your stories are unique, sometimes funny, and always inspiring.

I received a response to this article that suggested we &lt;strong&gt;encourage our Parenting On Track community to publish their own ideas on how they relax as an inspiration for others. &lt;/strong&gt; BRILLIANT! I can’t think of a better way for all of us to connect than to share ideas of how you keep yourself healthy and sane. Who knows, maybe you’ll find a new yoga partner or fishing buddy out of it!

So, if I was going to post a comment to this article, it would go something like this:

How do I relax? In the office by playing music from itunes - all day long. Heaven
In the morning by meditating with Anthony DeMello
During those tense moments during the day - a walk in nature - brisk and quick and I remember what is really important - Life.

Those are my 3 - sure to bring the heart rate down and a smile on my face strategies.

I’d love to hear from each and every one of you about what your ideas of relaxation are. You can comment here at our blog, or you can become a fan of ours on Facebook and post an idea on our wall. Either way, keep the ideas rolling and pass on some inspiration!

Be Well,
