You have three options.

1. Go to The Parenting On Track™ MomTV page on Monday at 9:00 pm EST and listen.
2. Become a member of MomTV. Once you are a member you can chat with me on the Parenting On Track™ show. If you are not a member you can listen, but only members can ask me questions and chat with me.
3. Participate using your webcam by signing up for stickam.

What the heck is stickam?

Good question. Stickam is a service that allows you to participate, via your webcam during any of the MomTV shows. That means that while I am live, you can be too. Everyone will be able to see you and hear you. It’s fun. Check out some of the other MomTV shows and get a feel for how it works.

Its free and my team and I have all been members for a while now. No solicitations. No worries. Its fun and free and let’s you interact with me face to face on the show.

How does Stickam work?

Its simple too. Just go to www.stickam.com and register for an account.

Once logged in you will need to make sure your web cam works.

1. Click on the GO LIVE button.
2. Click Allow for the Flash Player Settings.
3. Right Click to get to the Flash Settings to test your web cam settings for Mac or PC.
4. You might have to try a few before finding the one that works best.
5. SAVE the settings and you will not have to do it again.

When its time to watch the show, login to MomTV and voila! You are all set.  If you have any questions or trouble accessing the show with your webcam, please contact us and we will let the MomTV folks know.
